1. Exchange Eligibility

Material or product exchange requests may be considered by MORIX Innovations Private Limited only under genuine and technically verified conditions.

Exchange may be approved only in the following situations:

• Incorrect product or wrong specifications supplied directly by MORIX

• Verified manufacturing defect identified by the MORIX technical team

• Device received in completely dead or non-functional condition

• Major transit damage reported immediately at the time of delivery acceptance

• Technical malfunction occurring within valid warranty conditions

• Product confirmed as non-repairable by the authorized MORIX technical team

All exchange requests shall remain subject to:

• Technical inspection

• Physical verification

• Serial number validation

• Warranty eligibility check

• Final management approval

2. Exchange Conditions

Product exchange shall be applicable only if all the following conditions are satisfied:

• The device has a verified technical manufacturing defect

• The product is within the valid warranty period

• The issue is confirmed by the MORIX technical support or authorized service team

• The device is found technically non-repairable after inspection and diagnosis

• The product has not been physically damaged, tampered with, or improperly handled by the customer

In cases where the product can be repaired, serviced, or technically resolved, MORIX shall provide repair/service support only and product exchange shall not be applicable.

Exchange requests shall not be accepted in cases involving:

• Physical or accidental damage

• Broken panel or screen damage

• Liquid or moisture damage

• Electrical surge or voltage fluctuation damage

• Improper installation or handling

• Customer misuse or negligence

• Unauthorized repair, opening, or modification

• Environmental damage, corrosion, or rusting

• Out-of-warranty products

• Damage caused during customer-side transportation or handling

Final approval for product exchange shall remain solely with the MORIX Innovations Private Limited technical and management team.

3. Non-Exchangeable Products & Limitations

Exchange shall not be applicable for:

• Customized or specially manufactured products

• Software licenses, subscriptions, activation keys, or digital services

• Fabrication work, mounting structures, or metal framework

• Used or improperly maintained products

• Customer-damaged products

• Products damaged due to improper installation, electrical issues, or third-party accessories

• Products repaired by unauthorized persons or service providers

MORIX reserves the right to reject any exchange request if the product fails inspection, warranty validation, or technical verification.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

MORIX Innovations Private Limited shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, commercial, or special damages arising from the use, inability to use, delay, malfunction, or failure of products, software, or services.

MORIX shall specifically not be liable for:

• Business interruption or operational loss

• Loss of profits, revenue, contracts, or business opportunities

• Data loss, software corruption, or cloud/server issues

• Internet, network, or connectivity interruptions

• Third-party software, applications, or integration failures

• Electrical issues, voltage fluctuations, or infrastructure problems at customer premises

• Courier, transporter, or transit-related damages after dispatch

• Delays caused by logistics providers, force majeure events, or government restrictions

• Unauthorized usage, modifications, or misuse by customers or third parties

Customers are solely responsible for maintaining proper electrical infrastructure, internet connectivity, operational environment, data backup, and safe product handling conditions.

Under no circumstances shall the total liability of MORIX exceed the original invoice value of the respective product or service purchased by the customer.
